What to expect

• If you’re using Slack on the free subscription, visit https://slack.com/plans to upgrade to a paid subscription. Add Slack AI to your purchase by selecting the With Slack AI toggle.
• If you’re on the Pro or Business+ subscriptions, purchase Slack AI by clicking Get Slack AI from https://slack.com/plans.
• Certain customers on paid subscriptions are eligible for a 14-day free trial of Slack AI. To check if you’re eligible, click your workspace name in the top left-hand corner of Slack, then click Try Slack AI for free to start or request a trial.

Upgrade your free workspace with Slack AI

If you’re just getting started with Slack, you can upgrade your workspace and purchase Slack AI at the same time.

1. From your desktop, sign in to your Slack workspace.
2. Visit https://my.slack.com/plans to review subscriptions and pricing details.
3. Select With Slack AI to add Slack AI to your subscription.
4. Choose Pro or Business+ and click Upgrade.
5. Enter your organisation info and payment details.
6. Select Review order, then click Purchase to finish.

Add Slack AI to your paid workspace

If you’re already on a paid subscription, you can add Slack AI to your workspace.

1. From your desktop, sign in to your Slack workspace.
2. Visit https://slack.com/plans, then click on Get Slack AI.
3. Review your purchase information, then click Purchase Slack AI .
