To sign in to Slack, you need to know your workspace’s Slack URL. Workspace owners and admins can help members sign in to the desktop app more easily by downloading a default sign-in file and sharing it with their team.
Tip: if you're a part of an Enterprise Grid org, you can contact us to request a default sign-in file for your org. Please include your org's URL when you write in (e.g. a1marketing.enterprise.slack.com).
