Manage Slack AI settings

Slack AI is a paid add-on that allows members of your organization to summarize conversations, get answers to questions, and more using a set of generative AI tools built right into Slack. When you purchase Slack AI, your members can use all of the features immediately — but you can limit access by adjusting settings and permissions.

Don’t have Slack AI yet? Purchase it for your organization or contact our Sales team to learn more.

  • File summaries
Slack AI will summarize certain files uploaded to Slack by default, but you can disable this functionality.
