워크플로 관리자는 외부 사람들이 워크플로를 사용할 수 있는지 여부를 결정하는 액세스 권한을 설정 할 수 있습니다. 소유자와 관리자는 이러한 권한을 재정의하여 다음을 결정할 수 있습니다.

Pro 및 Business+
Enterprise Grid
데스크톱의 사이드바에서 워크스페이스 이름을 클릭합니다.
메뉴에서 도구 및 설정 을 선택한 후 워크스페이스 설정 을 클릭합니다.
권한 탭을 클릭합니다.
Slack Connect용 워크플로 사용 옆에 있는 확장 을 클릭합니다.
확인란을 선택하거나 선택 취소한 후 저장 을 클릭합니다.
데스크톱의 사이드바에서 조직 이름을 클릭합니다.
메뉴에서 도구 및 설정 을 선택한 후 조직 설정 을 클릭합니다.
왼쪽 사이드바에서 Slack Connect 를 클릭한 다음 설정 을 선택합니다.
워크플로 옆에 있는 편집 을 클릭합니다.
확인란을 선택하거나 선택 취소한 후 설정 저장 을 클릭합니다.
워크플로 제한
조직을 보호하기 위해서 Slack Connect 대화의 외부 사람들 은 다음 단계를 포함하는 워크플로를 시작할 수 없습니다.
또는 다음 작업을 수행하는 워크플로를 시작할 수 없습니다.
워크플로에 버튼 이 포함되면 외부 사용자는 버튼을 클릭하여 조직의 멤버가 시작한 워크플로를 진행할 수 없습니다.
*커넥터 단계에서 타사 계정을 인증 하도록 요구하는 경우, 외부 사용자는 워크플로를 시작하거나 진행할 수 없습니다.
참고: Slack Connect 대화에서 워크플로를 사용할 수 있도록 워크플로 빌더에서 이 워크플로를 찾고 사용할 수 있는 사람 액세스 권한 에 외부 조직을 포함하세요.
