工作区拥有者可以管理哪些人员能够建立频道或者从他们所属的频道中移除成员。其方法如下:
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的工作区名称。
将鼠标悬停在工具和设置 处,然后选择工作区设置 。
选择权限 标签。
单击频道管理 旁边的展开 。
从菜单中选择可以建立频道和从频道中移除成员的人员。
选择保存 。
组织级别
组织拥有者可以管理哪些人员能够建立频道或者从他们所属的频道中移除成员。其方法如下:
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的工作区名称。
将鼠标悬停在工具和设置 处,然后选择组织设置 。
在左侧列中选择设置 ,然后选择组织政策 。
选择权限 。
单击频道管理限制 旁边的展开 。
设置可以建立频道和从频道中移除其他成员的人员。
选择保存策略 ,然后选择确认策略 。
工作区级别
如果组织设置许可,工作区拥有者可以选择哪些人员能够为工作区建立频道或者从所属的频道中移除成员:
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的工作区名称。
将鼠标悬停在工具和设置 处,然后选择工作区设置 。(如果你管理多个工作区,请从下拉菜单中选择一个工作区。)
选择权限 标签。
选择频道管理 旁边的展开 。
从菜单中选择可以建立频道和从频道中移除成员的人员。

在左侧栏中管理 的下方,选择管理权限 。如果你看不到左侧栏,请选择左上角的 菜单 进行查找。
选择帐户类型 。
选择你要调整的权限旁边的 三个圆点图标 ,然后选择编辑权限 。
选择哪些人员能够归档或取消归档频道,然后选择保存 。
注意: 在组织级别设置的权限将覆盖工作区级别的设置。
组织级别
组织拥有者可以选择哪些人员能够在组织中归档或取消归档频道。 其方法如下:
在桌面上,单击左上方的工作区名称。
将鼠标悬停在工具和设置 上,然后选择组织设置 。
选择人员 ,然后选择管理权限 。
选择帐户类型 。
选择你要调整的权限旁边的 三个圆点图标 ,然后选择编辑权限 。
选择哪些人员可以归档或取消归档频道。如有需要,你还可以选择各个工作区是否能编辑这项设置。
准备就绪后,选择保存 。
工作区级别
如果组织设置允许,工作区拥有者可以选择哪些人员能够在其各自工作区中归档或取消归档频道。其方法如下:
在桌面上,单击左上方的工作区名称。
将鼠标悬停在工具和设置 处,然后选择工作区设置 。(如果你管理多个工作区,请从下拉菜单中选择一个工作区。)
在左侧栏中管理 的下方,选择管理权限 。如果你看不到左侧栏,请选择左上角的 菜单 进行查找。
选择帐户类型 。

小窍门: 工作区主要拥有者(企业增强套餐)和组织的主要拥有者(Enterprise Grid 套餐*)可向拥有者和管理员授予频道管理工具使用权限 ,便于他们从中央控制中心创建和归档频道。
