查看和更新 Salesforce 对象
你可以在 Slack 中查看和更新 Salesforce 业务机会。当你在 Slack 中更新业务机会时,它会自动在 Salesforce 中进行更新。
桌面
移动设备
单击侧栏中的 销售 。
选择右上角的查看业务机会 。
选择一个业务机会列表,或在下拉菜单中搜索列表。
选择一个业务机会,然后更新你希望修改的任何字段。
在主页 标签中,点按 销售 。

选择建议的业务机会列表,或点按右上角的 放大镜 来搜索列表。

添加关键指标
使用指标可跟踪你实现重要销售目标的进展情况。你最多可以配置六个指标来显示在你的见解 中。
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的 销售 。
在你的见解 下,单击 添加指标 。
添加 Salesforce 报告链接,然后选择指标和名称。
注意: 在 Slack 移动版应用中,你可以查看关键指标和通知,但它们只能在桌面版中的 Slack 进行设置。
设置和管理通知
使用通知功能可为自己创建提醒,以便更新业务机会,随时了解重要交易等。这些通知将显示在销售主页的销售通知 分区。
创建通知
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的 销售 。
选择管理通知 。
单击创建通知 。
选择一个模板,然后根据需要自定义通知。
单击保存通知 。
删除通知
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的 销售 。
选择管理通知 。
将鼠标悬停在通知上,然后单击删除 。
小窍门: 你也可以使用工作流程构建器 ,通过从 Salesforce 中的特定事件发起工作流程并添加 销售 步骤,来发送销售主页通知。
功能可用性例外情况
我们于 2025 年 6 月 17 日宣布了付费套餐中 Salesforce 可用功能的变更 :
已购买 Slack Sales Elevate 附加组件的客户将继续拥有对该附加组件内所有功能的访问权限。
未购买该附加组件的客户需切换至新版企业增强套餐或升级至 Enterprise+ 套餐,才能访问销售主页功能。
