设置建议的业务机会列表
为了让你的团队更容易找到相关的业务机会,你最多可以选择五个默认业务机会列表,以便在成员查看或更新业务机会 时首先显示。
单击侧栏中的 销售 。
选择右上角的编辑销售设置 。
单击业务机会列表 ,然后选择管理建议的列表 。
搜索业务机会列表并将其选中。

管理 Sales Elevate 通知
创建自定义通知
销售管理员可以在 Sales Elevate 中创建通知 ,帮助他们的团队轻松了解新的业务机会、重要交易等等。

选择右上角的编辑销售设置 。
单击 通知 。
单击管理员创建的通知 旁边的管理 。
单击创建通知 。
选择模板,然后从选项中挑选任一模板进行自定义。
单击保存通知 。
管理自定义通知
销售管理员可以编辑或删除任何管理员创建的通知
单击侧栏中的 销售 。
选择右上角的编辑销售设置 。
单击 通知 。
单击管理员创建的通知 旁边的管理 。
在通知旁单击三个圆点图标 。
选择编辑 或删除 ,然后单击保存通知 或删除通知 以进行确认。
小窍门: 在销售设置 控制中心的通知 分区,查看关于你所在组织创建的通知的更多详情。
管理通知设置
你可以决定是否允许在具有外部成员的频道 中接收 Sales Elevate 通知。对于 Enterprise Grid 套餐,你可以决定哪些工作区能够接收这些通知。
单击侧栏中的 销售 。
选择右上角的编辑销售设置 。
单击 通知 。
单击外部频道 旁边的切换按钮,以允许在具有外部人员的频道中接收通知。
对于 Enterprise Grid 套餐,选择编辑 ,然后按照提示在某些工作区中启用通知。
分配 Sales Elevate 访问权限
只有已分配有 Slack Sales Elevate 访问权限的成员才能使用它。每添加一位成员,你都会被收取费用。
添加成员
单击侧栏中的 销售 。
选择右上角的编辑销售设置 。
单击人员 。
选择右上角的添加个人 ,然后搜索要添加的成员。要批量添加成员,请单击通过 CSV 文件添加 ,然后按照提示操作。
移除成员
单击侧栏中的 销售 。
选择右上角的编辑销售设置 。
单击人员 。
单击要管理的人员旁边的 三个圆点图标 ,然后选择移除访问权限 。要批量移除成员,可最多选择 10 个成员,然后选择移除访问权限 。
