在哪里可以找到 Slackbot
你在整个工作区的频道中都可能会看到 Slackbot,为你和你的同事发送提醒和自动消息。有专门给你的提醒或消息时,Slackbot 会向你发送私信 。你可以使用 Slackbot 访问你的私信,就像你在工作区中查找与其他任何人往来的私信一样。
Slackbot 自定义回复
如果拥有者或管理员启用了这个选项,你和同事即可从自定义你的工作区 页面添加各种自定义回复,以便在频道中使用。当有成员使用了你选定的独特字词和短语时,Slackbot 就会使用你选择的短语、表情或图像链接进行回复。
注意: 如果消息包含多个自定义回复触发器,Slackbot 将仅回复最长的触发器。
自定义回复创意
自定义回复可用于回答常见问题,也可用来为工作区中的成员带来惊喜和快乐。你可以添加一个帮助人们记住办公室 Wi-Fi 密码的自定义回复。

注意: 自定义 Slackbot 回复将发布在频道和你的个人私信中,但不会发布在与其他成员的私信或 Slack Connect 频道 中。使用企业套餐时,自定义 Slackbot 回复仅会发布在属于创建该回复的工作区的频道中。
