建立用户组即可一次性通知该组中的所有人员,而无需单独提及每位人员 。当你提及用户组的唯一句柄时,例如 @设计人员,将会通知该组中的所有人员。
借助用户组,你可以一次性向频道添加多位人员。在建立新的用户组时,你最多可以设置 100 个默认频道,以便将小组成员自动添加进这些频道中。你也可以向频道中添加用户组 ,方法与添加单个成员相同。
为你的工作区建立一个用户组
工作区拥有者和管理员可以管理工作区级别用户组的权限 。如果你未看到建立用户组的选项,则说明管理员已限制使用此功能。请按照以下步骤为你的工作区建立专属用户组。
在主页 标签中,单击目录 。
单击用户组 ,然后选择建立用户组 。
为你的用户组选择一个名称 和句柄 。
如果需要,可以设置用途 或选择将要添加小组成员的默认频道 。你也可以建立共享侧栏分区 。当你准备就绪,请单击下一步 。
在添加成员 下,搜索并选择你要添加的成员。
完成后,单击建立组 。
小窍门: 如果你使用的是企业增强套餐,则可以利用 SCIM 配置 建立工作区级别的用户组。
为你的 Enterprise 组织建立用户组 使用 Enterprise 套餐的组织拥有者和管理员可以从管理员控制中心建立组织级别的用户组。和 IDP 组 相似,此类用户组可用于跨多个工作区设置权限和成员身份。
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的组织名称 。
将鼠标悬停在工具和设置 处,然后单击组织设置 。
单击人员 ,然后单击组 。
单击右上角的建立组 。
添加组名称,并按需添加描述信息。
单击建立并继续添加成员 。
勾选要添加到该组的成员旁边的复选框,然后单击保存 。
注意: 管理员在 Slack 中建立的组织级别用户组无法通过 SCIM 配置 进行管理,也无法与 IDP 组合并。此类用户组同样无法在频道中被 @ 提及。
编辑用户组 拥有权限的成员可编辑工作区级别用户组。在管理员控制中心,拥有者和管理员可以管理这些权限 以及其他用户组设置。
添加或移除成员
在主页 标签中,单击目录 。
单击用户组 。
单击用户组,然后选择编辑成员 。
做出更改,然后单击保存 。
注意: 访客 以及与你在 Slack Connect 频道和私信中进行协作的人员不能添加到你所在组织的用户组中,并且他们将无法提及你创建的用户组。
管理用户组
在主页标签中,单击 目录。
单击用户组 。
单击你要管理的用户组,然后单击 三个圆点图标 。
如需更新用户组名称、句柄或默认频道,请从菜单中选择编辑组详情 。完成后,单击保存 。
如需注销用户组,请选择注销组 ,然后选择注销 进行确认。
注意: 注销用户组后,你将无法提及句柄或查看其成员。用户组不会从你的组列表中删除,所有成员都将保留在该组中,除非将其移除。
哪些人员可以使用此功能?
默认设置下,工作区拥有者 /管理员 可以建立和编辑工作区级别的用户组,但他们也可以将此功能提供给所有成员 使用
组织拥有者 /管理员 可以建立和编辑组织级别的用户组
