设置表单来收集请求
假设你创建了一个频道 ,供你的团队成员用来向 IT 服务台请求帮助。你无需手动将提交的内容添加到电子表格中,而是可以创建一个列表来收集和跟踪请求。
新建列表
从头开始发起一个列表或使用我们的模板之一(帮助请求模板是一个极好的选择)。
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的 文件 ,然后选择 列表 。
单击右上角的 新建 ,然后选择新列表 。要使用帮助请求跟踪器 模板,请单击从模板开始 并从列表中选择该模板。
自定义你的列表
根据你想要包含的信息自定义列表。在帮助请求跟踪器 模板中,系统为你添加了请求 、分类 和优先级 ,但你可以根据需要添加、编辑或删除字段 。

单击列表中首行末尾的 加号图标 。
输入字段名称并选择字段类型。根据系统提示选择其他选项,然后单击保存 。
在列表中,将鼠标悬停在要编辑的字段上。
单击 编辑字段 。
进行更改并在完成后单击保存 。
在列表中,将鼠标悬停在要删除的字段上。
单击 删除字段 。
单击是,删除该字段 以确认删除字段。
添加表单自动化
为简化请求收集过程,你可以创建一个表单以自动向列表中填充提交的内容。
单击右上角的工作流程 。
在表单 旁,单击设置 。
查看表单上的问题。单击 眼睛图标 排除表单中不需要的字段。
单击发布工作流程 。要分享表单,请单击 复制链接 或 共享表单 。要编辑表单,单击在工作流程构建器中打开 。
成员提交表单后,列表中将添加一个新项目,并且字段中将填充他们的回复。
查看和分类提交的内容
现在,你已经设置了一个表单来收集信息并自动添加到列表中。接下来,可以通过分派项目和设置优先级来对新项目进行分类。然后,根据需要对列表进行排序和筛选,以更好地整理任务。
分派项目并设置任务优先级
在添加新项目后,可以将它们分派给团队成员并设置优先级,这样就能明确每个请求的负责人是谁以及哪些请求最重要。所有列表都默认包含一个被分派人 字段。
要分配项目,单击被分派人 下的 人员图标 。
从列表中选择一个人,或搜索他们的名字进行添加。
排序与筛选
根据你的需求整理列表中的请求,例如按照被分派人进行排序并按照优先级进行筛选。
在列表中,单击 筛选图标 。
在编辑视图 下,选择如何对列表中的事项进行排序、筛选、隐藏和分组。你还可以选择表格布局或看板布局。
单击保存为新视图 。要在已保存的视图之间切换,请单击 所有事项 。
在保证背景信息连贯性的前提下讨论事项
通过将列表共享给合适的人员来管理谁可以访问你的列表,并在项目的专属消息列中讨论具体任务或提出后续问题。
共享你的列表
与特定人员或在频道中共享列表。
单击列表右上角的共享 。
键入人员姓名或频道名称,然后单击可以编辑 下拉菜单,以决定他们是否能查看或编辑列表,然后选择共享 。该列表将作为消息发送给你指定的人员或频道。
要设置常规权限,请单击仅受邀人员可访问 。然后选择[组织名称] 中的任何人都可以查看 或[组织名称] 中的任何人都可以编辑 。
创建消息列
使用消息列,可以就列表中的项目展开集中讨论。
将鼠标悬停在列表中的某个项目上,然后单击添加评论 发起消息列,或单击查看评论 继续消息列。
键入并发送你的消息。
注意: 通过单击侧栏中的 消息列 ,你可以在其他消息列所在的同一位置阅读和回复关于列表项的消息列。
