Slack 列表:计划下一季度的工作
在你开始进行下一季度的计划时,你可能发现团队的想法和目标分散在不同的频道、文档和电子表格中。使用 Slack 列表 ,你可以创建直观的计划工作目录,提高跨团队的可见度,并在已经开展工作的地方(即 Slack 中)讨论优先事项。
创建计划工作目录
假如你和团队在思考下一季度的工作,你可以在列表中创建计划项目的目录,你和团队可以根据需要为项目设置优先级和进行整理。
新建列表
从头开始发起一个列表或使用我们的模板之一(季度规划模板是一个很棒的选择)。
在桌面版中,将鼠标悬停在 更多 上,然后选择 列表 。
单击右上角的 新建 ,然后选择 列表 。
你可以根据需要从左侧列中选择季度规划 模板,然后单击使用模板 。
自定义你的列表
根据你想要包含的信息自定义列表。在“季度计划”模板中,系统已经为你添加了“项目”、“优先级”和“相对工作量”这三个字段,但你可以根据需要添加、编辑或删除字段。

单击列表中首行末尾的 加号图标 。
输入字段名称并选择字段类型。根据系统提示选择其他选项。
单击保存 。
单击列表首行中的字段,然后选择 编辑字段 。
编辑字段名称,然后选择字段类型 以更改数据的格式。
单击保存 。
单击列表首行中的字段,然后选择 删除字段 。
确认删除该字段。
向列表添加事项
设置好列表后,你可以开始在其中添加事项,例如你和团队为下一季度计划的项目和任务。
单击无标题项目 并输入说明。
对于每个项目,单击字段单元格输入相关数据,例如项目名称、优先级和工作量。数据将根据字段类型设置格式。
要添加更多项目,请单击列表底部的 添加项目 。
小窍门: 你可以将任何消息转换为列表项。在对话中,将鼠标悬停在消息上,并单击 三个圆点图标 ,然后选择添加至列表 。
提高跨团队的可见度
要提高公司所有人员对你们团队计划的工作的了解程度,你可以与跨职能团队共享列表。你也可以提供指向列表中频道的链接,用于参考已在进行的对话和工作。
共享你的列表
与特定人员共享列表,例如项目经理。你也可以在项目或团队频道中共享列表,其中已在进行规划工作相关对话。
单击列表右上角的共享 。
从常规 标签,选择你所在工作区中的所有人是否应具有已限制 、可以查看 或可以编辑 访问权限,然后单击保存 。
从频道 或人员 标签,添加可以在列表中协作的人员或频道的名称,然后单击共享 。该列表将作为消息发送给你指定的人员或频道。
小窍门: 要了解列表已经与哪些人员共享,请单击列表右上角的共享 ,然后在频道 和人员 选项卡之间导航。
链接到频道
添加相关频道的链接,将列表项与 Slack 中进行的工作联系起来。
如果从季度规划列表模板开始,则已为你创建了一个频道字段,请跳至步骤 4。否则,单击列表首行末尾的 加号图标 建立新字段。
为字段添加名称,然后从字段类型 下拉菜单中选择 频道 。
选择是否允许多选,然后单击保存 。
点击某个项目上的 频道字段,然后搜索并选择一个频道。
在当前工作的地方讨论优先事项
当你和团队成员需要讨论列表中的事项时,你可以开始对话而不会遗漏任何背景信息。
创建消息列
在列表中创建专用消息列,围绕计划项目或任务进行有针对性的对话。
将鼠标悬停在列表中的某个项目上,然后单击添加评论 发起消息列,或单击查看评论 继续消息列。
输入你的消息,然后按 发送 。
注意: 通过单击侧栏中的 消息列 ,你可以在其他消息列所在的同一位置阅读和回复关于列表项的消息列。
