每个频道 和私信 (DM) 都会最先显示 消息 标签。发起讨论 后,如果你共享文件 、建立工作流程 和钉选重要消息,其他标签也会随之自动显示。你还可以通过建立文件夹来整理链接和资源。
建立标签
建立标签,突出显示频道或私信中的内容。你可以为以下类型的内容建立最多 15 个标签:
画板和列表
工作流程
消息
链接与其他文件(文件夹中)
添加画板或列表
在桌面上打开一个频道或私信。
单击对话顶部的 加号 ,然后从菜单中选择 画板 或 列表 。
搜索并选择画板或列表,或者根据需要建立一个新的画板或列表。如要添加列表,请选择视图 。
单击插入 。
检查访问权限 ,然后单击共享 。
添加工作流程
在桌面上打开一个频道或私信。
单击对话顶部的 加号 ,然后从菜单中选择 工作流程 。
搜索并选择工作流程,或者根据需要建立一项新的工作流程。
单击添加 。
检查访问权限,然后单击保存 。
钉选消息
将重要消息钉选至频道或私信时,该消息会添加到 钉选 标签。方法如下:
从桌面版应用中,将光标悬停在你要添加的消息上。
单击 三个圆点图标 。
在私信中选择钉选至频道 ,或钉选到这一对话 。
要移除消息,请打开 钉选 标签并将光标悬停在消息上。单击 三个圆点图标 ,然后选择从频道取消钉选 。
添加文件夹
如果人员会使用你的频道查找一组特定的资源(如入职材料或项目计划),请建立一个文件夹来整理所有相关链接和文件。每个频道最多可以添加 100 个项目或文件夹。
在桌面上打开一个频道或私信。
单击对话顶部的 加号 ,然后选择 文件夹 。
输入文件夹名称并单击创建 。
单击添加 ,然后从菜单中选择一个选项。
如要添加链接,请输入网址、表情和名称。如要添加文件、画板或列表,请检查访问权限,然后单击共享 。
编辑或删除文件夹
对话中的任何人员均可添加和移除文件夹中的内容、重命名或删除文件夹,即使仅限频道管理者 拥有编辑标签的权限。
在桌面中打开频道或私信,然后选择文件夹并打开。
单击要移除的链接或文件旁的 三个圆点图标 ,然后单击删除链接 或移除文件 。
若要重命名或删除文件夹,单击右上角 三个圆点图标 ,选择重命名文件夹 或删除文件夹 。
注意: 频道专家数据源 的文件夹可以编辑但无法删除,除非你移除频道专家代理。
排列标签
拖放对话标题中的标签即可重新排列。若要显示或隐藏对话中的标签,请按下列步骤操作:
在桌面上打开一个频道或私信。
单击对话顶部的 加号 ,然后选择编辑标签 。
单击要显示或隐藏的标签旁边的 眼睛图标 ,或单击要删除的标签旁边的 垃圾桶图标 。
管理谁可以编辑标签
频道管理者 可以允许所有人编辑频道中的标签,也可以限制为仅允许频道管理者进行编辑。
在桌面版中,打开一个你管理的频道。
单击频道名称,然后选择设置 。
在选择谁可以添加、移除和重新排序标签 下,从下拉菜单中选择一个选项。
