从菜单中选择管理 Salesforce 组织 。
选择一个 Salesforce 组织。
单击频道配置 标签。
单击 Salesforce 频道配置旁边的三个圆点图标 ,然后再单击编辑配置 。
选择默认频道可见性设置,且最多可选择三个默认列表标签。
选择保存 ,完成操作。
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的组织名称 。
将鼠标悬停在工具和设置 处,然后单击管理 Salesforce 组织 。
选择一个 Salesforce 组织。
单击频道配置 标签。
单击 Salesforce 频道配置旁边的三个圆点图标 ,然后再单击编辑配置 。
选择默认频道可见性设置,且最多可选择三个默认列表标签。
选择保存 ,完成操作。
移除 Salesforce 频道配置 如果不再需要某个 Salesforce 频道配置,可在 Salesforce 中移除。
登录 Salesforce,然后选择设置 。
在快速查找框中,搜索并选择适用于记录的 Slack 频道 。
单击已配置记录类型旁边的 下拉菜单图标 ,然后单击移除对象 。
备注 :编辑或移除 Salesforce 频道配置不会影响已经建立的 Salesforce 频道。
管理 Salesforce 记录预览 当有人在频道或私信 (DM) 中共享 Salesforce 记录时,系统会显示预览,其中包含该记录的详细信息。你可以限制在记录预览中显示的详细信息,并且针对特定的记录对象类型(例如“帐户”或“业务机会”)设置例外情况,使其不受相关限制的约束。可以使用的选项如下:
显示记录的详细信息 (默认)系统会显示 记录名称、对象和记录的详细信息(例如阶段 或金额 )
仅显示名称和对象系统 不显示任何其他字段
仅显示对象 系统只显示记录对象类型
备注 :记录预览可供显示这些预览的对话中的所有成员查看,而不论成员在 Salesforce 中拥有何种权限。访问Salesforce 频道安全 ,以了解有关记录预览权限的更多信息。
