利用 AI 构建工作流程
在利用 AI 建立工作流程时,你可以编写简单的自然语言提示词,如“向加入频道的人员发送欢迎消息”。Slack 将自动生成一个工作流程,供你进行自定义并发布。
步骤 1:打开工作流程构建器
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的 工具 。若侧栏中未显示该选项,请单击 更多 进行查找。
在 工作流程 中,单击右上角的 新建 。
选择 建立工作流程 。
注意: 若侧栏中未显示 工具 标签,请查找 自动化 标签。
步骤 2:从提示词入手
新建工作流程时,你可以选择利用 AI 获取帮助。你可以选择预编写的提示词,也可以自己编写。
在 AI 部分,从列表中选择一个提示词,或者自己编写提示词。这里有一些例子供你参考: 来自链接 “当有人单击链接时,以表单形式征求反馈,然后在 #项目-反馈中分享反馈。” 按时间表 “每周四上午 10 点,在 #项目-反馈中对过去 7 天进行汇总并发送至 #反馈-摘要。” 当使用表情回复时 “当有人在 #帮助中使用 ✅ 回复时向我发送消息。” 当有人员加入频道时 “欢迎新成员加入 #入职并让他们进行自我介绍。”
单击 纸飞机图标 以提交提示词,以便 AI 生成工作流程。
注意: 当列表项目更新时 或来自 webhook 这两个提示词无法用于启动 AI 生成的工作流程。
步骤 3:自定义并发布工作流程
查看 AI 生成的工作流程。如果需要,你可以添加、删除或编辑步骤,来自定义工作流程。
完成后,单击已完成 。查看工作流程的详情和权限,然后单击发布 。
使用工作流程步骤汇总频道
要自动生成频道摘要,你可以构建一个工作流程 并在其中添加汇总公共频道 步骤。摘要准备就绪后,工作流程可以将摘要发送至频道,或者将其添加至画板 ,以供你稍后参考。
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的 工具 。若侧栏中未显示该选项,请单击 更多 进行查找。
单击 工作流程 。
单击右上角的 新建 ,然后选择 建立工作流程 。
选择工作流程的发起方式,然后搜索 AI ,接着选择 汇总公共频道 步骤。
选择你想汇总的频道,然后选择持续时间并单击保存 。
要以消息形式发送摘要,请搜索并选择消息 ,然后选择向频道发送消息 。要将摘要添加至画板,请搜索并选择 画板 ,然后选择更新画板 。
按照提示词配置步骤,然后单击 插入一个变量 并选择摘要 。
单击保存 。
如果需要,你还可以向工作流程添加更多步骤。准备好发布后,单击已完成 。
更新工作流程的详情和权限,然后单击发布 。
注意: 工作流程生成的摘要将以工作区或组织的默认语言 显示。

我们于 2025 年 6 月 17 日宣布了付费套餐中 AI 功能的变更 :
已购买 Slack AI 附加组件的客户将能够继续利用 AI 和此附加组件中包含的其他 AI 功能来构建工作流程。
未购买 AI 附加组件的客户只能使用对话摘要和 AI 抱团笔记功能;若要使用其他 AI 功能,则必须切换至新版企业增强套餐或升级至 Enterprise+ 套餐。
