建立反馈频道

创建频道
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的 加号图标 。
选择频道 ,然后从模板列表中选择反馈收集和分流 。单击模板预览中的标签,查看画板、列表或工作流程。
准备好开始设置时,单击下一步 ,然后单击使用模板 。
在 #反馈- 频道前缀 之后填写频道名称。
选择一个频道类型(公共或私人 ),然后点击建立 。
你可以立即邀请人员加入频道 ,但我们建议等到自定义模板之后再添加其他人。

工作流程
单击频道标题中的 反馈说明 以打开画板。
已为你填写了介绍性段落、章节名称以及通过工作流程提交反馈的说明。查看内容并进行你想要的任何更新。如果有其他资源要分享,请将其添加到“其他资源”部分。
默认情况下,频道中的所有人都能够编辑画板。要限制编辑权限,请遵循以下步骤 。

人员使用工作流程分享反馈时,跟踪器将自动填充其提交内容。
单击频道标题中的 任务跟踪器 以打开列表。你将看到三个占位符任务,这些任务可以编辑或删除。
要编辑任务,请在任务 字段中单击并添加新文本。然后,更新描述 字段。要删除任务,将鼠标悬停在相应任务上并单击 打开 。单击 三个圆点图标 ,然后选择删除 项目 。
要添加新任务,单击添加项目 。默认情况下,频道的所有成员都能够在列表中更新、添加和移除项目。要限制编辑权限,请遵循以下步骤 。

单击保存 ,然后单击发布更改 。
移除精选工作流程
在此模板中,反馈表单工作流程已在频道中精选。在精选一个工作流程时,消息输入框将被一个发起工作流程的按钮替换。频道中的任何人员都可以使用该工作流程,或单击 发送消息 以发送常规消息。如果你不想精选此工作流程,请按照以下步骤操作:
单击工作流程旁边的 三个圆点图标 ,然后选择从精选中移除 。
单击从精选中移除 。

添加团队成员

开始工作
