注意: 在免费套餐中,重复帐户将需要由受影响的成员自行解决。成员可以在两个帐户上按照更改你的电子邮件地址 的步骤来修正重复帐户。
修正重复帐户 要修正重复帐户,请停用 重复帐户,然后更改电子邮件地址 ,以便它可以用于原始帐户。具体体现在以下方面:

工作区拥有者可以为成员修正重复帐户。如果你的工作区未使用 SSO 身份验证,请跳至第 2 步:更新成员的电子邮件地址 。
步骤 1:允许更改电子邮件地址
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的 管理员 。
从菜单中选择工作区设置 ,然后单击 安全 。
单击 SSO 与身份验证 。
在 SAML 或 Google 身份验证设置 旁,单击更改设置 。
在设置 右侧单击展开 。
打开允许用户更改他们的电子邮件地址 。

停用后,单击重复帐户旁的 三个圆点图标 ,然后单击编辑个人档案 并输入新电子邮件地址。(任何电子邮件地址都可以,你只需从重复帐户中释放所需的电子邮件地址即可。)
接下来,找到原始帐户。单击该电子邮件地址,将其替换为你释放的电子邮件地址。
单击成员名字右侧的 三个圆点图标 ,然后选择发送 SSO 绑定电子邮件 。成员将收到一封电子邮件,指导他们如何绑定 并验证其帐户。
