预期情况
应用请求会发送至所有工作区拥有者和应用管理员。根据工作区设置,请求可能通过 Slackbot 的私信发送,或者路由至频道。
工作区拥有者和应用管理员可以批准应用,以供工作区中的所有成员使用,也可以限制应用的使用权限。
如果应用开发者更改了权限,成员可能需要请求已安装到工作区中的应用。
审查应用请求
应用请求中会包含应用名称、请求者、该应用可以在 Slack 中访问的权限 列表(如果获得使用批准),以及其他评论(如果有)。要审查请求,请遵循以下步骤:
收到请求时,使用 Slackbot 打开私信,或者打开接收到请求的频道。
审查请求。选择对工作区批准 或对工作区限制 。选择对工作区限制 会阻止所有成员请求或安装该应用。
当请求的状态发生变化时,Slack 将更新原始请求消息以反映这一操作,供所有应用管理员进行查看。
小窍门: 工作区拥有者和应用管理员也可以通过 Slack Marketplace 中 应用页面 上的请求安装 标签来批准、限制或取消任何待处理的请求。
应用和权限
权限是一组权限 ,用于管理应用在被安装到 Slack 工作区后可以执行和访问哪些操作。
如果应用开发者在某款应用安装到你的工作区之后更改了它的作用域,成员可能需要再次请求获取该应用,以便具有相应权限的人员审查新的作用域。如果应用管理员限制该应用的新权限,成员可以继续使用该应用的现有版本,但不能安装或使用更新的版本。
注意: 在 Enterprise Grid 组织中,对于权限发生更改的应用,其组织级别应用请求 将由 Slackbot 通过私信发送给组织拥有者和组织管理员。
