设置你的 CSV 或文本文件
要开始使用,你需要设置 CSV/文本文件,以便将其上传至 Slack 工作区。遵循以下规则,以确保成功导入数据:
将消息按行分开
多行消息应换行表示,但文本应包含在 " 中
将消息数据按列分开。列必须遵循以下顺序:时间戳、频道、用户名、文本
按时间戳排序消息(先显示时间较早的消息)
所有数据必须在一个未压缩的文件中
除了在消息中共享的链接之外,HTML 将被转义或跳过

将你的文件上传至 Slack
单击侧栏中的组织名称 。
将鼠标悬停在工具和设置 上,然后单击工作区设置 。
单击右上角的导入/导出数据 。
单击 CSV/文本文件 旁边的导入 。
单击你的 CSV 文件 下方的选择文件 。默认使用逗号,但是你可以变更分隔符 。
单击开始导入 。在上传文件期间,保持开启导入页面。完成之后,你会在该页面收到一封电子邮件,以及继续操作的提示。
从电子邮件中,单击查看摘要 。在导入页面,单击必填信息 。 下一步,映射你的用户和频道数据 。
映射用户和频道数据
文件上传完成后,即可将数据映射到 Slack 中对应的位置。
首先,映射用户: 查看菜单,选择你会如何将用户映射至 Slack 中的现有成员。如果选择创建和邀请用户 或创建已禁用的用户,不邀请他们 ,则需提供一个电子邮件地址。
选择针对所有用户实施批量操作 。切换至未映射 ,对未映射至现有用户的人员应用操作,或切换至所有 ,对所有用户应用操作。或者,在查看用户 下方,对每位用户应用操作。
接下来,映射频道: 查看菜单,选择你会如何在 Slack 中映射频道。当频道名称与现有公共频道的名称匹配时,该频道会自动映射,以进行合并。如果没有公共频道名称与之匹配,则会创建一个新频道。
在批量操作 下方,你可以选项一个选项,应用到所有频道。或者,在查看频道 下方,为每个频道单独选择一个操作。
单击保存更改 。
查看你的导入,然后单击是,继续进行此导入 。
注意: 如果发布消息的频道和用户没有移动至 Slack,则有些消息不会导入。
