为 Enterprise Grid 上的应用设置组织规则
默认设置下,Enterprise Grid 组织的成员可以将任意应用安装 到他们所属的工作区。组织拥有者可以为其组织中的所有工作区设置组织规则,以管理应用的安装和使用。
预期情况
设置应用管理规则会为组织中的所有工作区开启应用批准 。应用批准启用之后,成员只能使用已批准用于其工作区的应用。
组织拥有者可以为整个组织批准或限制应用 ,但工作区拥有者和应用管理员 需负责审查他们管理的工作区的应用申请。
组织拥有者也可以设置组织规则,限制成员从 Slack Marketplace 安装应用,并确定多频道访客是否可以使用捷径 。
为你的组织设置应用管理规则
按以下步骤为你组织中的所有工作区开启应用批准:
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的组织名称 。
将鼠标悬停在工具和设置 处,然后单击组织设置 。
从左侧栏中单击 设置 ,然后选择组织规则 。
单击页面顶部的应用 选项卡。
单击应用管理 旁边的添加规则 。
勾选需要应用批准 旁边的复选框。
选择保存规则 。然后,单击创建规则 。
注意: 如果你没有为你的组织设置应用管理规则,工作区拥有者仍然可以选择为他们管理的工作区启用应用批准。
通过 Slack 权限来管理登录
某些第三方应用会提供一个选项,允许通过 Slack 帐户凭证来登录他们的服务。默认情况下,工作区拥有者可以选择成员是否可以使用他们的 Slack 帐户登录其他服务 。如果已设置应用管理规则,组织拥有者可以取消工作区拥有者管理“使用 Slack 登录”权限 的权限,并决定具有“使用 Slack 登录”身份权限 的应用是否需要批准:
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的组织名称 。

设置其他应用安装规则
组织拥有者也可以选择再设置两项应用安装规则,无论是否已针对他们的组织中的所有工作区开启应用批准:
在桌面版中,单击侧栏中的组织名称 。
将鼠标悬停在工具和设置 处,然后单击组织设置 。
从左侧栏中单击 设置 ,然后选择组织规则 。
单击页面顶部的应用 选项卡。
单击想要设置的应用规则旁边的添加规则 。
勾选规则说明旁边的复选框。
选择保存规则 。然后,单击创建规则 。
