Enterprise Grid
默认情况下,所有成员(但访客除外)都可访问分析。如果需要,工作区拥有者可以仅允许拥有者和管理员有权访问。
在桌面上,单击左上方的工作区名称。
从菜单中选择工具和设置 ,然后单击工作区设置 。
选择权限 标签。
找到工作区分析 后,再单击展开 。
打开下拉菜单,选择将允许哪些人员访问分析。
单击保存 。
默认情况下,所有成员都可访问分析。如果需要,工作区拥有者和工作区管理员可以仅授予拥有者和管理员访问权限,或者禁用分析控制中心的成员 标签:
在桌面上,单击左上方的工作区名称。
从菜单中选择工具和设置 ,然后单击工作区设置 。

找到工作区分析 后,再单击展开 。
打开下拉菜单,选择将允许哪些人员访问分析。
如果你要禁用成员分析,请取消勾选 启用成员分析 旁边的复选框。
单击保存 。
组织级别
设定用于分析访问的组织规则
默认情况下,成员可以查看他们所属的任何工作区的分析。如果需要,组织拥有者和组织管理员可以设置组织规则,限制其组织中每个工作区的拥有者和管理员访问分析控制中心的权限。如果已启用分析控制中心,担任分析管理员系统角色 的成员始终可以查看该控制中心。
在桌面上,单击左上方的工作区名称。
从菜单中选择工具和设置 ,然后单击组织设置 。
单击左侧栏中的 设置 后,然后选择组织规则 。
选择权限 标签。
找到工作区分析 并单击添加规则 。
检查框内内容,并单击保存规则 。
注意: 只有组织拥有者和组织管理员可以访问组织级分析控制中心。无法调整这些权限。
启用或禁用成员指标
如果需要,组织拥有者可以选择为其组织中的每一个工作区禁用分析控制中心的成员 标签。
在桌面上,单击左上方的工作区名称。
从菜单中选择工具和设置 ,然后单击组织设置 。
单击左侧栏中的 设置 ,然后选择组织设置 。
单击成员分析 旁边的编辑 。
勾选或取消勾选启用成员分析 旁边的复选框,然后单击保存 。
注意: 禁用成员指标将阻止管理员使用您 Enterprise Grid 组织的成员分析 API 。
启用或禁用私人频道分析
组织主要拥有者可以选择在组织中各工作区分析控制中心的频道 标签启用或禁用私人频道。
在桌面上,单击左上方的工作区名称。
从菜单中选择工具和设置 ,然后单击组织设置 。
单击左侧栏中的 设置 ,然后选择组织设置 。
单击显示私人频道分析 旁边的编辑 。
勾选或取消勾选在分析中包含私人频道数据 旁边的复选框,然后单击保存 。
注意: 私人频道分析 仅适用于使用 Enterprise Grid 套餐且有权管理私人频道 的拥有者和管理员。
工作区级别
如果尚未设置组织规则,工作区拥有者和工作区管理员可以限制其管理的工作区的拥有者和管理员的访问权限:
在桌面上,单击左上方的工作区名称。
从菜单中选择工具和设置 ,然后单击工作区设置 。(如果你管理多个工作区,请从下拉菜单中选择一个工作区。)
选择权限 标签。
