分支是一种工作流程步骤类型,可基于工作流程中采取的操作,允许人员选择不同的路径。
条件
条件是指为使用包含特定分支工作流程的人员提供的变量或操作(例如单击按钮或选择问题的答案)。
应急计划
应急计划是指无法满足你指定的其他条件时,工作流程需遵循的分支。
建立包含分支的工作流程
你可以利用在工作流程中收集的信息,通过使用各种条件设置工作流程分支。以下选项是理想的入门选择:
按钮 利用一组按钮 在你的工作流程中为人员提供不同选项。例如,构建包含多个按钮的工作流程,让这些按钮分配给不同的分支。
表单 表单 允许使用你工作流程的人员通过从你指定的一组选项中选择回答问题。例如,设置包含一组答案的工作流程,从分配给不同分支的每个答案中选择。
步骤 1:建立或选择工作流程
要开始使用分支,你将需要建立新的工作流程或编辑已建立的工作流程。
在桌面版中,将鼠标悬停在 更多 上,然后单击 自动化 。
单击 新的工作流程 。要将分支添加至现有工作流程,单击由你管理 ,然后单击工作流程旁的 铅笔图标 。
通过添加步骤来设置或编辑你的工作流程。
步骤 2:添加分支
在工作流程准备就绪后,你可以添加分支。
在你想要添加工作流程分支的位置单击 添加步骤 。
单击侧栏中的 公用事业 ,然后选择 添加分支 。
在仅在满足以下条件时继续 下,选择你的分支规则条件。你在此处查看的选项将取决于你如何配置自己的工作流程。
如果需要,你可以对分支命名并自定义颜色。
单击保存 ,以结束此分支。
如果需要,你可以单击 添加步骤 ,以进一步自定义此分支,或继续执行下一个步骤以添加更多分支并发布你的工作流程。
步骤 3:添加更多分支并结束你的工作流程
你最多可向你的工作流程添加 15 个分支。配置分支并设置工作流程后,只需发布工作流程即可完成整个创建过程。
单击 添加分支 ,然后重复上述步骤 ,以配置分支。
当你已准备就绪,单击结束 以建立新的工作流程,或单击发布更改 以更新现有工作流程。
小窍门: 要构建更复杂的工作流程,你可以在主分支下嵌套最多 5 个附加分支。目前不支持在嵌套分支下再嵌套分支。
编辑或删除工作流程分支
正如其他工作流程步骤一样,你可以编辑或删除分支。
在桌面版中,将鼠标悬停在 更多 上,然后单击 自动化 。
单击由你管理 ,然后单击工作流程旁的 铅笔图标 。
采取以下操作: • 要编辑分支,单击 铅笔图标 。 • 要重新排序分支,单击 向上箭头 或 向下箭头 ,或将其拖到新位置。 • 要建立分支步骤的副本,单击 复制图标 。 • 要删除分支,单击 垃圾桶图标 。
单击发布更改 以结束工作流程。
