在桌面版中打开支持频道。
单击对话标题中的频道名称。
选择集成 标签。
单击关联你的支持电子邮件 下方的设置 。
输入你的支持电子邮件地址,然后单击下一步 。
我们将向你的支持电子邮件发送一封验证电子邮件,以确认该地址。
客户支持电子邮件通过验证后,我们将提供一个 Salesforce 路由电子邮件地址。请继续执行下一步,将你的支持电子邮件地址设置为转发到该 Salesforce 路由电子邮件地址。
步骤 2:设置电子邮件转发
从 Slack 复制设置转发 下方提供的电子邮件地址。
在你的电子邮件服务提供商设置中,配置从你的支持电子邮件到上面提供的 Salesforce 路由电子邮件的电子邮件转发。例如,如果你的支持邮箱是 support@acme.com ,请配置转发以使发送到该地址的电子邮件转发到你在步骤 1 结束时收到的地址。

如果客户回复邮件,你将在查看工单时在详情 标签中看到回复内容。单击快捷操作 ,然后单击发送电子邮件 即可发送另一条回复。
管理客户工单 你还可以通过其他一些操作在 Slack 中管理客户工单。从支持频道的工单,单击快捷操作 ,然后选择以下选项之一:
小窍门: Slackbot 可以帮助你快速总结或了解工单。单击快捷操作 ,然后选择询问 Slackbot 关于工单的信息即可开始使用。
