按一下頁面頂端的「權限 」標籤。
向下捲動至「使用者群組 」,並按一下「展開 」。

組織層級
組織擁有者與組織管理員可以設定組織政策,管理組織內每一個工作空間的使用者群組權限。
在桌面上,按一下側欄中的工作空間名稱 。
從功能表選取「工具與設定 」,然後按一下「組織設定 」。
在左側欄按一下「 設定 」,然後選取「組織政策 」。
按一下「權限 」標籤。
向下捲動至「使用者群組 」,並按一下「新增政策 」。
選擇可以建立、停用及編輯使用者群組的成員。
勾選適當的方塊,為 @admins 及 @owners 建立預設的使用者群組。
依序按一下 「儲存政策 」、「建立政策 」以確認。
工作空間層級
如果組織政策尚未設定,工作空間擁有者與管理員可以設定其所管理的工作空間的使用者群組權限。
在桌面上,按一下側欄中的工作空間名稱 。
將游標放在「工具與設定 」上,然後按一下「工作空間設定 」。(如果你管理的工作空間不只一個,請從下拉式功能表選擇其中一個工作空間。)
按一下頁面頂端的「權限 」標籤。
