從舊版工作流程移轉至新版工作流程建立工具
從 2023 年 6 月 28 日開始,我們即已逐步開放使用新版工作流程建立工具 。等到所有客戶都能使用新版工作流程建立工具後,我們就會將透過舊版本建立的大部分工作流程移轉到新版工具。如要深入瞭解移轉過程,以及工作流程未能順利移轉時可以採取的因應步驟,請繼續往下閱讀。
須知提醒
我們將在 2023 年 9 月開始移轉工作流程。移轉工作空間或組織的工作流程的時間點取決於工作流程中的步驟類型以及建立的工作流程總數。
移轉前,當你開啟工作流程建立工具,你會看見兩個標籤,一個標示為「工作流程 」,另一個標示為「舊版工作流程 」。以新版工作流程建立工具建立的工作流程會顯示於「工作流程 」標籤,以舊版建立的工作流程則會顯示於「舊版工作流程 」標籤。
若無法移轉某部分的工作流程,在 2024 年 9 月之前,你仍然可以存取舊版工作流程建立工具。
2024 年 9 月 12 日起,所有未移轉的工作流程將全數停止執行,你也無法再存取這些工作流程。如果需要繼續使用,你需要使用新版工作流程建立工具重新建立這些工作流程。
注意: 工作流程移轉後,如果未曾編輯,上次編輯 日期代表的就會是移轉日期。
管理未移轉的工作流程
有幾種類型的工作流程無法自動移轉到新版工作流程建立工具。以下是你可以進行的操作:
含有應用程式步驟的工作流程 (Google 試算表的「新增列」除外) 建議你使用新版工作流程建立工具,重新建立這些工作流程。如要查看完整的步驟清單,瞭解哪些步驟 可用來將工作流程與其他服務相整合,請開啟工作流程建立工具 並按一下「建立工作流程 」。選擇你要的工作流程啟動方式,接著即可瀏覽可用步驟清單。
進階工作流程 工作流程屬於標準或進階工作流程 ,取決於其包含的步驟類型。系統判斷為進階類型的工作流程不能移轉,如果有需要,你可以使用新版工作流程建立工具重新建立。
取消發布的工作流程 如要再次使用這些工作流程,你可以透過新版本重新建立 (如果不再需要使用,也能加以刪除)。如果是在移轉完成後才發布原本被取消發布的工作流程,則該工作流程將無法自動移轉。
已封存頻道中的工作流程 如果日後不再需要使用這些工作流程,請直接刪除;要是需要,你可以使用新版工作流程建立工具重新建置。
注意: 如有一或多個工作流程並未移轉,而且不符合以上條件,請聯絡我們的支援團隊 尋求協助。
