檢視和更新 Salesforce 物件
你可以在 Slack 中檢視和更新 Salesforce 機會。在 Slack 中更新機會後,也會在 Salesforce 中自動更新。
桌面
行動版
按一下側欄中的「 銷售 」。
選取右上角的「檢視機會 」。
選取機會清單,或者在下拉式功能表中搜尋機會清單。
選擇機會,然後更新所需的欄位。
從「首頁 」分頁點選「 銷售 」。
點選「機會 」。
選擇建議的機會清單,或點選右上方的「 放大鏡 」搜尋機會清單。
點選欄位以更新,或點選右上方的「 三個點圖示 」查看更多選項。
新增重要指標
使用指標追蹤重要銷售目標的進展。你最多可以設定六項要在「你的深入分析 」中顯示的指標。
從桌面按一下側欄中的「 銷售 」。
在「深入分析 」下方,按一下「 新增指標 」。
新增 Salesforce 報告連結,然後選擇指標與名稱。
注意: 你可以在 Slack 行動版應用程式中檢視重要指標與通知,但這些內容只能在 Slack 桌面版中設定。
設定和管理通知
使用通知建立提醒,方便更新機會、隨時掌握重要交易的進展等等。這些通知會顯示在銷售首頁的「銷售通知 」區段中。
建立通知
從桌面按一下側欄中的「 銷售 」。
選取「管理通知 」。
按一下「建立通知 」。
選擇範本,然後視需要自訂通知。
按一下「儲存通知 」。
刪除通知
從桌面按一下側欄中的「 銷售 」。
選取「管理通知 」。
將游標放在通知上,然後按一下「刪除 」。
提示: 如要傳送銷售首頁通知,你也可以使用工作流程建立工具 ,設定透過特定 Salesforce 事件啟動工作流程,然後新增 銷售 步驟。
可用功能例外情況
在 2025 年 6 月 17 日,我們宣布付費方案的 Salesforce 功能會有所變動 :
購買了 Slack Sales Elevate 擴充套件的客戶將可以繼續使用擴充套件中的所有功能。
沒有購買該擴充套件的客戶需要切換為新版 Business+ 或升級為 Enterprise+,才能使用銷售首頁。
