建立使用者群組
建立使用者群組可一次通知多名使用者,不必個別提及每一個人 。提及使用者群組的專用暱稱 (例如 @designers) 後,群組裡的所有人都會收到通知。
須知提醒
使用者群組暱稱不得重複。如果暱稱已由成員、頻道或其他使用者群組使用,便無法再次使用。
建立新的使用者群組時,可以設定最多 100 個預設頻道,並自動加入群組成員。你也可以將使用者群組新增至頻道 ,方法就和個別新增成員一樣。
工作空間的擁有者和管理員可以管理使用者群組權限 。如果沒有看到建立或編輯使用者群組的選項,表示管理員限制了這項功能的存取權。
建立使用者群組

從桌面按一下「 更多 」,然後選取「 人員 」。
按一下右上角的 「新使用者群組 」。
為你的使用者群組選擇名稱 和暱稱 。
你可以視需要設定用途 或選取要加入群組成員的預設頻道 。或者,也可以建立共用側欄區段 。一切設定好之後,按「下一步 」。
在「新增成員 」下搜尋並選取要新增的成員。
完成後,按一下「建立群組 」。
透過下列步驟建立新使用者群組。請注意,使用者群組對 Enterprise Grid 組織中的每個工作空間都是獨一無二的設定,且無法在所有工作空間存取。

新增或移除成員

著手變更資料,然後按一下「儲存 」。
管理使用者群組
從桌面按一下「 更多 」,然後選取「人員 」。
在側欄中選取「使用者群組 」。
按一下你想管理的使用者群組,然後按一下 三個點圖示 。
若要更新群組的名稱、暱稱或預設頻道,請從功能表選取「編輯群組詳細資料 」。完成後,按一下「儲存 」。
若要停用你的使用者群組,請選取「停用群組 」,然後選取「停用 」加以確認。
注意: 一旦停用使用者群組,便無法再提及其暱稱或檢視其成員。使用者群組不會從你的群組清單中刪除,且除非另行移除,否則所有成員仍會留在該群組中。
誰可以使用此功能?
根據預設,只有工作空間擁有者 /管理員 可以建立和編輯使用者群組,但他們可以把這項功能開放給所有成員
