如果工作空間的活躍成員人數有任何變動,會反映在下一次帳單中。假設你支付了某位成員的費用,但該成員後來不再使用服務,我們會依未使用的時間,按比例分配點數到你的帳號,並在下一次帳單中反映。
如果所有成員都變成未上線狀態,則會以最低限度的一位成員作為收費基礎,除非你決定要降級為免費版 Slack。
如何收取成員費用
使用付費方案時,我們會向你收取 Slack 工作空間中所有活躍成員的費用。特定類型的成員 為付費範圍,其他則為免費。

在付費期間新增成員
如果你使用付費方案,並在計費期間途中新增成員,我們只會依據成員所使用的時間計費。我們會為你追蹤這項變動,並據此收費。
如果你是以信用卡每月付費 ,若有新增成員,我們會按比例計算費用,並在下個月份向你收費。
如果你是以信用卡按年付費 ,我們會按比例計算一年之中剩餘期間的費用,並在新增任何成員的月份結束時向你收費。
如果你是透過電匯方式每年付費 ,且工作空間擴增到超過已付費成員數的規模,我們會在每個日曆季度寄送帳單給你,以處理任何未支付餘額。
範例
你的工作空間採用 Pro 方案 ,每位成員每月的費用為 US$8.75。帳單期間開始後的第十天,你新增了成員。當月帳單期間還有 20 天。
如何收費
為按比例計算新增成員的費用,我們會用每位成員的費用除以當月總天數,再乘上當月剩餘的天數:(US$8.75 ÷ 30 天) x (20 天) = US$5.83
請注意,Slack 擴充套件 (例如 Slack AI) 採用相同的收費計算方式。
未上線及已停用成員對計費的影響
若付費成員積極上線使用 Slack,才會將他們列入付費範圍。Slack 會自動偵測成員是否轉為未上線狀態,若發生此情況,我們會按比例將點數* 新增到你的 Slack 帳號。這些點數會套用到將來的費用,例如新增成員到工作空間或下次續約日期須繳的費用。
