從功能表選取「工作空間設定 」,然後按一下「 人員 」。
在要變更電子郵件地址的成員旁邊,按一下「 三個點圖示 」。
按一下「編輯個人檔案」 。
編輯其電子郵件地址,然後按一下「儲存 」。
更新成員電子郵件地址後,系統會傳送一封驗證的電子郵件至成員的原始電子郵件地址,以確認變更。

接著,按一下受影響帳號旁邊的「 三個點圖示 」,然後按一下「啟用帳號 」。
啟用單一登入時,更新電子郵件地址
如果工作空間使用 SSO,請確保設定可允許成員變更電子郵件地址。
注意: 只有工作空間擁有者能在 SSO 設定中允許成員變更電子郵件地址。
從桌面按一下側欄中的「管理員 」。
從功能表選取「工作空間設定 」。
按一下「 安全性 」,然後選取「SSO 和認證 」。
按一下「變更電子郵件地址 」旁的「編輯 」
確認已勾選「允許使用者變更其電子郵件地址 」。
按一下「儲存 」。
你如果暫時變更此項偏好設定,就可依上述步驟手動變更電子郵件地址。
提示: 如果使用的是以 SAML 為基礎的 SSO ,可從你的身分提供者 (IDP) 更新成員的電子郵件地址。成員下次登入 Slack 時,該地址將會自動更新。
