建立既定工作目錄
假設你和團隊正在思考下一季的工作。你可以在清單中建立一份既定專案目錄,讓你和團隊視需要排定優先順序和進行整理。
建立新清單
從頭開始建立清單,或使用其中一個範本 (季度計劃範本為優異的選項)。
在桌面上,將游標放在「 更多 」上方,然後選取「 清單 」。
按一下右上角的「 新增 」,然後選取「 清單 」。
如果你想要,請從左側欄位選取「季度計劃 」範本,然後按一下「使用範本 」。
自訂清單
自訂清單,納入你想要包括的資訊。在季度計畫範本中,系統已為你新增「專案」、「優先順序」和「相對工作量」,但你可以視需要新增、編輯或刪除欄位。

按一下清單第一列結尾處的「 加號圖示 」。
輸入欄位的名稱,然後選擇欄位類型。如果出現提示,請選取其他選項。

將項目新增至清單
設定清單後,你可以開始在其中新增項目,例如你和團隊正在為下一季規劃的專案和工作。
按一下「未命名的項目 」並輸入說明。
對於每個項目,請按一下欄位儲存格以輸入相關資料,如專案名稱、優先等級與工作量。所輸入的資料將按照欄位類型調整格式。
要新增更多項目,請按一下清單最下方的「 新增項目 」。
提示: 你可以將任何訊息轉換成清單項目!在對話中,將游標暫留在訊息上並按一下 三個點圖示 ,然後選取「新增至清單 」。
改善團隊間的能見度
若要提升全公司對你團隊已規劃工作的能見度,請與跨職能團隊分享清單。你也可以在清單中連結頻道,以參照已經在進行的對話和工作。
分享清單
與特定人員分享清單,例如專案管理員。你也可以在已經有關於計劃工作討論的專案或團隊頻道中分享清單。
按一下清單右上角的「分享 」。
從「一般 」分頁中,選擇要讓所有工作空間成員擁有「受限制 」、「可檢視 」還是「可編輯 」的存取權限,然後按一下「儲存 」。
從「頻道 」或「人員 」分頁中,新增可以協作處理清單的人員或頻道名稱,然後按一下「分享 」。接著,清單會透過訊息傳送給你指定的人員或頻道。
提示: 若要查看某個清單已與哪些人分享,請按一下清單右上角的「分享 」,然後在「頻道 」和「人員 」標籤之間導覽。
頻道連結
新增相關頻道連結,以將清單項目與 Slack 中的工作連結。
若你從季度計劃清單範本開始使用,則已建立「頻道」欄位,請跳至步驟 4。若未建立,請按一下清單第一列結尾的「 加號圖示 」,以建立新欄位。
新增欄位名稱,然後從「欄位類型 」下拉式功能表選取「 頻道 」。

討論工作的優先順序
當你和團隊成員需要討論清單中的項目時,可以在不遺漏任何背景資料的情況下發起對話。
建立訊息對話串
在清單中建立專屬的訊息對話串,針對已規劃的專案或工作進行聚焦對話。
在清單中,將游標暫留在某個項目上方,然後按一下「新增留言 」以開始對話串,或按一下「檢視留言 」以繼續對話串。
輸入訊息,然後按下「 傳送 」。
注意: 按一下側欄中的「 對話串 」,就可以在與其他對話串相同的位置閱讀和回覆有關清單項目的訊息對話串。
