須知事項
為了建立和分享自訂側欄區段,必須擁有建立和編輯使用者群組的權限 。
如要將頻道新增至共用自訂側欄區段,請將頻道新增為使用者群組的預設頻道。
使用者群組的成員可以在共用區段中顯示、排序頻道以及將頻道設為靜音,操作方式與任何自訂區段相同。成員還可以視需要從側欄移除自訂區段。
建立和分享自訂側欄區段
針對新的使用者群組
Business+ 方案
Enterprise Grid 方案
從桌面按一下「 更多 」,然後選取「 人員 」。
從側欄選取「 使用者群組 」,然後按一下右上角的「建立使用者群組 」。
為你的使用者群組選擇名稱 和暱稱 。
選取要加入群組成員的預設頻道。
在「將群組頻道新增為首頁的一個區段 」下,按一下切換按鈕,然後點選「下一步 」。
在「新增成員 」下搜尋並選取要新增的成員。
完成後,按一下「建立群組 」。
從桌面按一下「 更多 」,然後選取「 人員 」。
從側欄選取「 使用者群組 」,然後按一下右上角的「建立使用者群組 」。
為使用者群組選取工作空間,然後選擇名稱 和暱稱 。
選取要加入群組成員的預設頻道。
在「將群組頻道新增為首頁的一個區段 」下,按一下切換按鈕,然後點選「下一步 」。
在「新增成員 」下搜尋並選取要新增的成員。
完成後,按一下「建立群組 」。
針對現有的使用者群組
從桌面按一下「 更多 」,然後選取「人員 」。

按一下你想管理的使用者群組,然後按一下 三個點圖示 。
從功能表選取「編輯群組詳細資料 」。
新增或檢視預設頻道,然後按一下「將群組頻道新增為首頁的一個區段 」下的切換按鈕。
按一下「儲存 」。
注意: 如果在建立共用自訂區段之前,使用者群組成員將預設頻道整理至自己的自訂區段,該頻道便不會移至新的共用自訂區段。

不可以,共用自訂側欄區段以 預設圖示標註,這是不能變更的。

你可以透過 usergroups.update 或 usergroups.create API 方法使用我們新的 enable_section 布林引數來完成這項操作,但無法透過 SCIM API 將側欄區段指派給 IDP 群組。
