自訂一個範本
開啟範本時,請詳閱說明並瞭解工作流程會進行哪些操作。標為藍色的文字為輸入欄位,你可以自訂當中的內容來建立工作流程以達成所需目的。
例如,如果想要透過工作流程歡迎新成員加入頻道,可以選取新頻道成員歡迎訊息 範本,範本說明如下所示:
有人加入頻道 時,你可以私訊一則歡迎訊息 和一份表單 給對方,再將對方的回應傳送到頻道 中。
這個範本的輸入欄位全都可以自訂,例如頻道、歡迎訊息、表單及傳送回應的目標對話。 以下是從範本建立工作流程的方法:
從桌面按一下側欄中的「工具 」。
在「工作流程 」中,按一下「範本 」,然後選取你要使用的範本。
按一下「設定 」。
選取敘述句中的藍色文字,接著按照提示自訂輸入。重複這個步驟,直到將所有藍色文字的輸入全數自訂完畢為止。
按一下「發布工作流程 」。
發佈之後就可以

根據預設,所有成員 都能建立工作流程,而且成員 和訪客 都能使用工作流程。
