運作方法
Salesforce 頻道名稱與其相應記錄的名稱相匹配,亦即名稱可以包括空格、大寫字母和其他在標準 Slack 頻道中不允許使用的字元。
建立或加入某一個 Salesforce 頻道時,系統會將它新增到 Salesforce 頻道 區段中的側欄內 (你可以視需要將它移到另一個自訂區段 中)。
你在 Salesforce 頻道的權限與你的相應記錄權限相符。如果你有權限在 Salesforce 存取記錄,就可以存取相應的 Salesforce 頻道;如果你有權限在 Salesforce 編輯記錄,就可以在 Slack 中編輯記錄。
注意: 不能邀請外部人員 到 Salesforce 頻道。

建立 Salesforce 頻道
你可以從在 Slack Sales Elevate 顯示的任何記錄建立新的 Salesforce 頻道:
從桌面按一下側欄中的「 銷售 」。
選取側欄中的「Salesforce 清單 」。
選擇記錄清單或在下拉式功能表中搜尋清單。
按一下記錄旁邊的「 建立 Salesforce 頻道 」圖示。
按一下右上角的「建立頻道 」。
注意: 如果已為某一記錄的上層記錄 建立 Salesforce 頻道,系統將會提示你使用該頻道 (但是如有需要,你仍然可以建立新的頻道)。
在 Slack 更新記錄
為了省下在 Slack 和 Salesforce 之間切換的時間,你可以從頻道中更新記錄。如果你在 Salesforce 有權限編輯記錄,就可以 Slack 編輯記錄。
在桌面開啟 Salesforce 頻道進行記錄更新。
選取「 記錄詳細資料 」分頁。
在「記錄詳細資料 」下,更新你有權限編輯的任何欄位。
注意: 管理員可透過設定 「Slack 記錄版面配置 」功能,選擇哪些欄位要在「記錄詳細資料 」分頁中顯示。
