從桌面按一下側欄中的工作空間名稱。
從功能表選取「工具與設定 」 ,然後按一下「管理成員 」 。
在要重新啟用的帳號旁,按一下 三個點圖示。
按一下 「啟用帳號 」。
重新啟用的成員可立即登入 你的工作空間。成員可以存取帳號遭停用前自己傳送的任何訊息,但無法重新加入之前所在的任何頻道。
已在組織層級遭停用的成員必須先由組織擁有者或管理員重新啟用,才能重新加入工作空間。組織內的具備使用中帳號的成員,可由工作空間擁有者或管理員恢復其在工作空間的權限。
組織層級
若有任何成員在組織層級遭停用,則可由組織擁有者和管理員為其重新啟用:
從桌面按一下側欄中的工作空間名稱。
選取「工具與設定 」 ,然後按一下 「組織設定 」。
按一下左側欄的 「人員 」,然後選取 「成員 」。
選取右上角的「檢視已停用的成員 」。
在你要重新啟用的任何成員旁,勾選方塊。
按一下「單頻道訪客 」、「跨工作空間訪客 」或「成員 」,以重新啟用選取的成員並為其選取角色。
重新啟用的成員可以探索和加入組織中的工作空間 。組織擁有者也可手動或透過身分提供者將重新啟用的成員新增至工作空間 。
工作空間層級
工作空間擁有者和管理員可為已從工作空間移除的成員恢復權限,前提是成員在組織內仍具備使用中的帳號。方法如下:
從桌面按一下側欄中的工作空間名稱。
從功能表選取 「工具與設定 」, 然後按一下「管理成員 」 。
在右側搜尋列的旁邊,按一下「 篩選工具 」,然後選擇「從工作空間移除的成員 」。
在要重新啟用的成員旁,按一下 刪節號圖示 。
按一下 「新增至工作空間 」。
重新啟用帳號的成員可立即登入 工作空間。成員可以存取帳號遭停用前自己傳送的任何訊息,但無法重新加入之前所在的任何頻道。
