修正重複帳號問題 若要修正重複帳號問題,請停用 該重複帳號,然後更改電子郵件地址 ,讓原始帳號可以使用該電子郵件地址。方法如下:

步驟 1:允許變更電子郵件地址
從桌面按一下側欄中的「管理員 」。
從功能表選取「工作空間設定 」,然後按一下「安全性 」。
按一下「SSO 和認證 」。
在「SAML 」或「Google 認證設定 」旁,按一下「變更設定 」。
按一下「設定 」右側的「展開 」。
開啟「允許使用者變更電子郵件地址 」。
按一下「儲存設定 」。
步驟 2:更新成員的電子郵件地址
從桌面按一下側欄中的「管理員 」。
從功能表選取「管理成員 」。
按一下該重複帳號旁邊的「三個點圖示 」,然後按一下「停用帳號 」並按照提示操作。

按一下左側欄中的「人員 」,再選取「成員 」。
找到成員的重複帳號,然後按一下該帳號名稱。
按一下右上角的「管理 」,然後選取「停用此帳號 」並依提示停用該重複帳號。
完成操作後,按一下個人檔案欄位旁邊的「編輯 」,接著將帳號上的電子郵件地址更改為其他地址。(你可以輸入任何電子郵件地址,但必須先從重複帳號中釋出所需的電子郵件地址。)
接下來,請找到原始帳號並替換成先前釋出的電子郵件。

在使用身分提供者 (IDP) 的情況下,請務必將識別碼設定為不重複且無法變更的值 (如員工編號)。若是將識別碼設定成電子郵件地址等值,可能會導致成員建立重複帳號。
