注意: 在免費方案中,需由受影響的成員自行解決重複帳號問題。成員可遵循以下步驟修正重複帳號問題,以同時變更兩個帳號中的電子郵件地址 。
修正重複帳號問題
若要修正重複帳號問題,請停用 該重複帳號,然後更改電子郵件地址 ,讓原始帳號可以使用該電子郵件地址。方法如下:

若組織擁有者要為成員修正重複帳號問題:
從桌面按一下側欄中的貴組織名稱 。
選取「工具與設定 」,然後按一下「組織設定 」。
按一下左側欄的「 人員 」,然後選取「成員 」。
找到成員的重複帳號,然後按一下該帳號名稱。
按一下右上角的 「管理 」,然後選取 「編輯個人檔案 」。
變更帳號的電子郵件地址。(你可以輸入任何電子郵件地址,但必須先從重複帳號中釋出所需的電子郵件地址。)
完成後,就能停用重複帳號 。
接下來,請找到原始帳號並替換成先前釋出的電子郵件。
按一下右上角的 「管理 」,然後 選取「 傳送 SSO 重新綁定電子郵件 」。成員隨即會收到一封電子郵件,其中包含綁定和認證帳號的操作說明。
避免重複帳號問題
若要避免系統建立重複帳號,請確定每位成員使用的確實是與他們帳號綁定的電子郵件地址。以下是需要留意的一些提示:
確保成員用來登入 Slack 的電子郵件地址正確無誤。假設成員的電子郵件地址是 jsmith@acme.com,卻以別名 john@acme.com 登入,就會導致該成員擁有重複帳號。
在使用身分提供者 (IDP) 的情況下,請務必將識別碼設定為不重複且無法變更的值 (如員工編號)。若是將識別碼設定成電子郵件地址等值,可能會導致成員建立重複帳號。
