Slack 中的受邀成員

須知提醒
當你提及受邀成員或傳送私訊給他們時,對方會收到電子郵件通知。如果他們回覆電子郵件通知,他們的訊息就會傳送至合適的 Slack 頻道、對話串或私訊。
受邀成員加入工作空間後,可以查看所加入的頻道與私訊的內容,輕鬆在 Slack 中繼續工作。
如果受邀成員的電子郵件地址使用社交網域 (例如 Gmail)、電子郵件地址與寄件者網域不相符,或者你的工作空間或 Enterprise Grid 組織啟用了 HIPAA ,受邀成員就無法查看訊息內容或透過電子郵件回覆。
如果受邀成員透過電子郵件通知取消訂閱,這不會影響邀請,他們日後還是可以加入工作空間。
提示: 工作空間擁有者和管理員可從「工作空間設定 」,選擇在傳送至特定網域的電子郵件中隱藏訊息內容。
管理受邀成員
帳號與帳單
雖然受邀成員可以接收電子郵件通知並透過電子郵件回覆 Slack 的訊息,但他們並沒有有效的 Slack 帳號。當受邀成員在接受邀請後第一次登入 Slack 工作空間時,他們的帳號就會成為有效狀態。
如果你使用的是付費方案,則在受邀成員具備有效的 Slack 帳號前,系統都不會向他們收費。如需深入瞭解收費方式,請參閱我們的公平收費政策 。
管理邀請
工作空間擁有者和管理員可以從「管理成員 」頁面管理待處理的邀請。Enterprise Grid 組織擁有者和管理員則可從控制面板 管理邀請。
如果你是使用 SCIM 佈建 將人員加入 Slack,在系統透過身分提供者 (IDP) 加入預先佈建的受邀成員時,其他人就可在 Slack 中看見這類成員。每當有 Slack 成員通知受邀成員,他們就會收到電子郵件,直到第一次登入 Slack 為止。他們也可透過電子郵件回覆 Slack 訊息。透過即時佈建方式所佈建的使用者在登入前,其他人都無法在 Slack 中看見他們。
假如撤銷受邀成員的邀請,他們的 Slack 帳號就會遭停用,且會停止收到電子郵件通知。若你在日後重新邀請這些人員加入 Slack,系統就會將他們視為新的受邀成員,直到他們加入工作空間為止。
通知受邀成員
在付費方案中,擁有者和管理員可以通知受邀成員關於受邀成員已加入的頻道中的任何訊息:
將游標暫留在要分享的訊息上方。
按一下 刪節號圖示 ,然後選取功能表中的更多訊息捷徑 。
選取通知待處理成員 。
按一下傳送電子郵件 。
待處理成員將收到電子郵件通知,其中包含訊息的預覽。接著他們可選擇在 Slack 中開啟訊息或用電子郵件回覆。
