Slack 資料常駐運作方式
儲存於資料區域內的資料
自啟用資料常駐當天起,下列類別的客戶待用資料將儲存於客戶所選區域的資料中心內:
訊息、畫板 和程式碼片段
上傳至 Slack 服務的檔案 (如影像、文件等)
客戶資料的搜尋索引
應用程式或機器人產生的訊息和檔案
任何由已部署到 Slack 代管基礎架構的應用程式所收集的資料,以及應用程式的資料存放區、開發人員密碼和記錄
注意: 為了強制執行適當使用政策 , 加上暗號標記或回報的客戶資料可能會儲存在美國。
儲存於資料區域外的資料
下列資料類別可能會儲存在客戶資料區域以外的其他區域:
Slack 成員個人檔案
工作空間與頻道成員資格資訊
用於計算帳戶數量、使用量和營收的資料
用於管理分析及衡量服務品質的資料 (如處理過的日誌)
Slack 代表客戶產生的識別碼
交易慶祝資料
資料移轉
若在資料常駐區域設定新的工作空間或 Enterprise Grid 組織,客戶資料將從工作空間或組織建立當日起儲存於所選區域。 若為有意啟用資料常駐的現有客戶,所有新產生的使用者資料都會存留於所選區域內。現有的使用者資料將繼續存留於美國,但客戶可以聯絡我們的銷售團隊 ,以請求將現有資料遷移到他們選取的資料區域。
注意: 若畫板是在設定資料常駐之前建立,當中的資料無法移轉。
Slack Connect
如果在 Slack Connect
中共事的外部組織位於相同資料區域,他們的所有客戶資料也會保留在該資料區域中。若組織位於不同資料區域,將會發生下列情況:
每個組織的訊息會留在各自的資料區域。
Slack Connect 頻道的搜尋索引會保存在各組織所在的區域。
當某個組織從頻道中遭到移除時,如果他們擁有張貼和邀請等權限 ,他們會保留一份封存副本。
