分支是一種工作流程步驟,可讓人員根據在工作流程中執行的動作,選擇不同的路徑。
條件
條件是變數或動作 (例如點選按鈕或選取問題答案),可引導工作流程使用者進入特定分支。
替代操作
替代操作是當指定的條件都不符合時,工作流程會執行的分支。
建立包含分支的工作流程
你可以使用工作流程中收集的資訊,設定包含各種條件的工作流程分支。你可以從以下選項著手開始:
按鈕 使用一組按鈕 ,向人員顯示工作流程中的不同選項。舉例來說,可以建立包含按鈕的工作流程,讓這些按鈕分別對應不同的分支。
表單 表單 可將你指定的一組選項呈現給工作流程使用者,讓他們選出適合的選項來回答問題。舉例來說,可以建立一個工作流程,提供一組可供選擇的答案,讓每個答案分別對應到不同的分支。
步驟 1:建立或選取工作流程
如要開始使用分支,需要建立新的工作流程或編輯已建立的工作流程。
從桌面將游標放在「 更多 」上方,然後按一下「 自動化 」。
按一下「 新增工作流程 」。如要新增分支至現有工作流程,按一下「由你管理 」,然後按一下工作流程旁邊的「 鉛筆圖示 」。
新增步驟,以設定或編輯工作流程。
步驟 2:新增分支
完成設定或編輯後,新增分支至工作流程。
在要新增工作流程分支的位置,按一下「 新增步驟 」。
按一下側欄中的「 工具 」,然後選取「 新增分支 」。
在「僅在符合以下條件時繼續 」下,選取分支規則的條件。你在此處看到的選項視乎你的工作流程設定方式。
你可視需要為分支命名,並自訂顏色。
按一下「儲存 」完成此分支設定。
如有需要,可按一下「 新增步驟 」進一步自訂此分支,或者移至下一個步驟並新增更多分支,然後發布工作流程。
步驟 3:新增更多分支並完成工作流程
你最多可新增 15 個分支至工作流程。設定完分支和工作流程後發布工作流程,你的工作流程即告完成。
按一下「 新增分支 」,然後重複執行以上步驟 以設定分支。
設定完後,按一下「完成 」以建立新的工作流程,或按一下「發布變更 」以更新現有工作流程。
提示: 若要建立更複雜的工作流程,可以在主要分支下面巢套最多 5 個額外的分支。目前不支援在已巢套的分支下方再巢套分支。
編輯或刪除工作流程分支
你可以編輯或刪除分支,就像任何其他工作流程步驟一樣。
從桌面將游標放在「 更多 」上方,然後按一下「 自動化 」。
按一下「由你管理 」,然後按一下工作流程旁邊的「 鉛筆圖示 」。
