在 Slack 中尋找及更新 Salesforce 記錄
你在 Slack 中對記錄 (例如客戶或機會) 所做的任何更新,都會在 Salesforce 中自動顯示。你在 Slack 中檢視或編輯記錄的權限與在 Salesforce 中設定的權限相符。
開啟 Slack 頂端的搜尋欄位。
在搜尋欄位中輸入搜尋內容,然後在搜尋結果下拉式功能表中選擇「在 Salesforce 中搜尋 」選項。
你會看到符合搜尋條件的記錄清單,選取記錄即可在 Slack 中檢視。
